User Training for 360 Degree Feedback Process

Our events are aimed at members of management and executives as well as employees of HR/HRD departments and all interested parties. We offer a wide range of topics that are helpful for the development of leadership systems and performance cultures.

ABOUT THE TRAINING

A one-day certification training is required for the independent use of the 360 Degree Feedback Leadership Circle (feedback without Wildenmann consultants).

What does this bring? In short: Quality.

The feedback procedures have a complexity that enables observations on several levels. This means that when analyzing feedback, the right conclusions can be drawn about strengths, weaknesses and expectations. Cross-connections can be made to the specific environment and corporate culture. Only this training gives you the opportunity to use the tools to their full capacity.

In addition to the content aspect, the training focuses on the too often underestimated success factor of process management: communication in the run-up to the survey and support after the survey are decisive levers for making the use of feedback systems effective and generating the greatest possible benefit.

As a certified user, you will automatically receive updates on further developments of the licensed tool and information on new survey instruments.

CONCEPT & OBJECTIVES

Leadership Circle (LC) stands for our now fifth generation of 360-degree feedback for leaders. It is based on our Leadership Model, which has been successfully used in practice for many years, with the distinction between personality, competencies, areas of action and spin-out factors (career-inhibiting stumbling blocks). It is precisely this distinction that enables coherent and logical deductions to be made in order to quickly and precisely identify the decisive strengths and development points of a leader. SPECIFICATION

Assessment of importance on dimension level:

  • Enables a target-performance comparison
  • Expectations become clear and classify strengths and weaknesses regarding their relevance

Freely selectable 4th feedback giving group (option):

  • Optionally, a freely selectable assessor group “Other assessors” can be used
  • A distinction is made between anonymous (min. 3 assessors) and non-anonymous (e.g., supervisor) evaluation

Open comments (option):

  • Are output in quote form and thus provide an additional valuable qualitative evaluation level

Role profiles (option):

  • Leadership roles result from statistically proven cause-effect relationships of survey content
  • These are presented from the viewpoint of the supervisor and the employees

Norm group comparison (option):

  • A comparison with an internal or external comparison or norm group can be helpful for deriving targeted development measures

  • Content and structure of the process
  • Analysis of the feedback report, hypothesis generation
  • Feedback of results with the feedback recipient

The training itself consists of theoretical units and practical exercises to consolidate the learning content, which are underpinned with real, but anonymized result reports. With this one-day training, you receive a personal license to use the Leadership Circle without external support from our consultants.
