Reflector Big Five Personality (RBFP)
The Reflector Big Five Personality is a method for determining and reflecting on personal behavioral dispositions with the aim of deriving strengths, weaknesses and developmental needs and making them conscious.
This personality instrument is particularly suitable for use in individual coaching for the basic elaboration of a coaching concern.
It is characterized by a close relationship to the current work situation.
Reflector Big Five Leadership (RBFL)
The Reflector Big Five Leadership is based on the Reflector Big Five Personality. However, it has been developed specifically for leaders and additionally identifies eight leadership roles:

Golden Profiler of Personality (GPOP)
The Golden Profiler of Personality (GPOP) is a tool based on the personality model of C. G. Jung for the assessment of individual behavioral dispositions.
The goal is to identify strengths and weaknesses of one’s own personality through intensive reflection. This results in development opportunities and needs in leadership.
Triad of Personality (TOP)
This questionnaire records aspects of “dark personality” traits relevant to working life, based on the three factors narcissism, Machiavellianism and subclinical psychopathy.
The TOP can be used to explain negatively connoted reactions from our personality.
