3R HEALTH CULTURE
The 3R Health Culture Program demonstrates an interdisciplinary approach to address the health issue not only operationally through a bundle of measures, but to find the deeper roots of health or disease and to develop and implement theoretically comprehensible interventions.
In doing so, the approach of different disciplines, such as psychology, psychotherapy, physiotherapy, osteopathy, etc. shall be integratively linked. In addition, the findings from modern leadership research, from the agility movement and design strategies for work and performance cultures are to be applied.

Rhythm of life
The concept of life rhythm states that people who live in their own life rhythm and can realize it in their workplace are less prone to illness.
Resonance
The concept of resonance states that people who are in resonance with their environment and with other people are less likely to be ill.
Resilience
The concept of resilience states that people who are responsible for themselves and others maintain their resilience and performance over the long term.
