The Wildenmann Group is a specialist management consultancy for executive development, human resources development and organisational development based in Ettlingen near Karlsruhe, Germany, with a subsidiary in Switzerland (Aargau).

Wildenmann Consulting was founded in 1986, followed by Wildenmann Tools & Services in 1996. Due to growing interest from Switzerland, Wildenmann Consulting AG Switzerland was founded in 2008 and is based in Aargau.

For almost four decades, we have been supporting national and international companies in the sustainable development of leadership, personality, strategy and corporate culture.

Long before topics such as the interaction between successful leadership and personality or coaching for executives gained their current prominence, we researched them intensively and incorporated them into our development programmes.

At the time, the strong focus on personality as a decisive factor for professional success was groundbreaking. From the very beginning, our consulting and training work has centred on creating agility in behaviour and inner attitude, achieving above-average commitment, and generating personality development through coaching. In doing so, we have always focused on the impact of these factors on the economic success of a company.

Our main focus remains on leadership development, with the individual and their personality and inner attitude at the centre of our considerations. We offer a wide range of services in this area, which can be expanded with company-specific holistic programmes and business coaching.

We have also added performance development in organisations and companies to our portfolio. We support our national and international clients with programmes for developing corporate vision, strategy and corporate culture or for increasing employee retention.

We believe that the greatest developments for the current reality and future development of companies in customer centricity and productivity are shaped by people.
