CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

Our events are aimed at members of management and executives as well as employees of HR/HRD departments and all interested parties. We offer a wide range of topics that are helpful for the development of leadership systems and performance cultures.

Conditions of participation for (online) seminars, certification trainings and information events:

PERFORMANCE CONTENT

Within the event, the accompanying documentation is included. For face-to-face events, we also provide catering for the participants. For paid events, the costs are exclusive of value-added tax.

DISCOUNT

We grant you a discount of 10% if you book the same paid event together with other participants of your company.

CANCELLATION

As a registered participant, you have the possibility to cancel without reason up until the start date.

For free events, we ask you to cancel by e-mail or phone at least one week before the start.

For paid events, you will not incur any costs  six weeks before the start of the event. If a participant cancels shortly before the start of the event, it is usually not possible for us to allocate the place to someone else. Therefore, in case of a cancellation between six weeks and 14 days before the seminar, 50% of the event fee will be charged. In case of later cancellation or non-participation, the full costs must be paid. These cancellation fees are waived if you name a substitute participant.

We generally reserve the right to cancel events for reasons beyond our control (e.g., failure to reach the minimum number of participants or speaker cancellation at short notice).

START AND DURATION

Unless otherwise noted, our events begin at 9 AM and end at approximately 5 PM.

ACCOMODATION

A hotel reservation is not associated with the registration. If you need an overnight stay, we will be happy to assist you in choosing a hotel.

We will be happy to advise you on the content and general information in a personal meeting.
