During a multi-module development program, we interlock a modern seminar design with well-founded reflection instruments and transfer tracks.

Factors of Young Talent Development

Family Groups

Thus, we establish several Family Groups in the first module. These are small groups of participants who support each other throughout the program.

Courageous Action

The heart of the program is the Courageous Action, which can be tackled either individually or collectively by the entire group. Topics relating to this are developed by the participants and coordinated with their own managers.

The individual Courageous Action is characterized by the fact that it can be implemented using the participants’ own resources and by changing their attitude. This prevents Courageous Action from always demanding additional resources or being too one-sided at the process level.

If Courageous Action is approached jointly by the entire group, then it makes sense for a strategic project to be placed in the hands of the participants. This ensures the visibility of the participants and the relevance for the company. To take this aspect into account, the results of the Courageous Actions are presented to the management.
