Overview of the areas of business coaching
Tipping Point
In every coaching process we try to crystallize the tipping point. The tipping point is the essential starting point for change. Here, in the coaching process, we examine together what the coachee’s concern can be traced back to. This is important to be able to work in a cause-related way and not to treat the symptom alone.
Fields of application
In all fields of application, coaching addresses both business strategy and psychological issues in parallel simultaneously. The networking of both areas has proven to be of great value in the past.
Stages
Important stages in the coaching process are:
> Joint formulation of the goal and creation of goal congruence
> Determination of the approach and definition of possible obstacles
> Regular reflection on the achievement of goals
Methods
We use various methods of psychology to achieve our goals:
> Systemic coaching
> Conversational techniques
> Impact techniques from behavioral therapy and art therapy
> Depth psychological approaches, such as “daydreaming” techniques
Coaching can be integrated into an already ongoing consulting processes or conducted separately. Business coaching usually lasts about 6 months with 2-4 hour sessions every 2-3 weeks.
