Dr. Bernd Wildenmann

Bernd Wildenmann is the managing director of the Wildenmann Group. He works in large-scale change processes to increase the performance of departments and entire companies as well as in the professionalization and training of managers to increase leadership performance. The central starting point of his work is the linking and development of “yield-critical” factors to directly influence the performance of individual units.

Wibke Klipfel

The business psychologist (Master of Science in Business Psychology) and managing director of the Wildenmann Group is responsible for Tools and Services. Her focus is on the optimization and new development of questionnaire instruments, such as personality inventories, and 360 degree feedbacks. Feedback on the specific survey instruments as well as (business) coaching are central tasks of her work. In addition, she works in various projects as a trainer and consultant.

Elisabeth Naumann

The qualified psychologist is the country manager of Wildenmann Consulting AG Switzerland. In addition to supporting existing Swiss clients and acting as a contact person for new clients, she draws on many years of specialist knowledge. As a systemically trained organizational developer, coach and management consultant, her focus is on leadership development programs in medium-sized companies and corporate groups. Creating mission statements, coaching, designing and implementing development programs are just as much a part of her work as setting up and conducting assessment centers and holistic organizational analyses.

Laura Wildenmann

The Osteopath D.O., systemic coach and physiotherapist conducts feedback sessions and coaching at the Wildenmann Group and uses her manual-therapeutic holistic knowledge to combine psychological and physical factors, particularly in the area of the 3R Health Culture Program. She also works as a marketing manager, combining the latest findings from international and in-house research with actual trends in management and sales development.

Julia Licht

The business psychologist (Master of Science) works for the Wildenmann Group as a coach, trainer and consultant. As a trained systemic coach as well as an art and creative therapist, she conducts 360 degree feedbacks and personality tools as well as trainings with employees and managers. Other tasks include the design and implementation of simulations such as the Sales Development Center and the development of story-based online assessments.

Marion Wildenmann

The business economist is the commercial manager of the Wildenmann Group and works in payroll and financial accounting.

Thorsten Kiefer

After 30 years as a professional musician, equipped with a certain ability to improvise, he is responsible for the technical implementation and monitoring of the Wildenmann Group’s survey systems as well as for the supervision of ongoing processes. Stable rhythm and harmony are also of central importance to him here.

Michael Moritz

The sociologist and social psychologist works as a consultant, trainer and coach and was previously an executive in an international corporation for many years. His focus is on leadership development, intercultural management, communication and change management. He works internationally and in French, English and German.

Frank Eiermann is an experienced consultant specialising in management, sales and organisational development. As an entrepreneur with a solid degree in psychology, he brings a unique perspective to his consulting practice. His focus is on promoting performance-orientation and goal-oriented leadership, with a particular emphasis on developing individual leadership styles in the context of the company’s purpose.
