The culture of an organization is multi-layered and complex.

Culture 360

In recent years, many organisations have recognised the importance of understanding their own culture. They recognise that this topic is just as important as corporate strategy, finances and key performance indicators. But the topic is complex and not so easy to grasp. How can culture be measured? What dimensions define the topic of culture? Can a corporate culture be changed at all, and if so, how?

The goal is to understand how culture promotes or hinders the achievement of goals, which general favourable and unfavourable factors are at work, and how they influence the performance of the parts or the whole.

We have developed the ‘Culture360’ tool to address these questions. Together with the ‘Leadership Performance Plus’ methodology, company-wide processes can be established. The survey and its interpretation provide transparency, while the methodology provides the approach.

In order to create a comprehensive explanatory model, we focused on three key dimensions:

Denison Culture Survey

We are an official partner of the Denison culture survey system.

In addition to the company’s influence on its employees and their impact on the company’s performance, the survey also reveals the company’s orientation regarding stability and flexibility

The four dimensions briefly:

> Consistency

Behavior Patterns

The Behavior Patterns are a questionnaire for team development. It enables the identification of destructive and constructive relationship patterns that have a high impact on the team.

A total of 15 opposing behavioral patterns are collected online with a questionnaire and then vividly made available to the team leader and the team itself in an evaluation report.

These behavioral patterns are the starting point for analyzing the work and performance culture in individual teams and the starting point for further development of these work groups.

Values Management

This tool enables participants to determine the actual and target values for their management area.

The survey is based on 36 corporate values, which are collected in their various forms and then presented transparently in a report.

3R Health Culture Survey

This survey instrument analyzes the health of employees with a holistic approach. In doing so, we get to the root of the true causes rather than just treating symptoms.
