Sales competencies

On the other hand, we analyze the current sales performance with our 360-degree survey tool Sales Circle. In addition, salespeople reflect on their own sales competencies with a personality questionnaire. For these tools, we have worked out in various projects the factors that are strongly associated with sales success. Again and again, we have found in the past that training sales methods alone is not sufficient to tap the full potential of salespeople.
