Our events are aimed at members of management and executives as well as employees of HR/HRD departments and all interested parties. We offer a wide range of topics that are helpful for the development of leadership systems and performance cultures.

TARGET GROUP

The certification training for the use of the Reflector Big Five is aimed at HR decision-makers, HR developers, trainers and consultants who are looking for a test that allows goal-oriented deductions for everyday work. Through the training, the participants obtain the license for the independent use of the Reflector Big Five.

PROCEDURE & OBJECTIVES OF THE TRAINING

Prior to the training, participants take the test online (included in the seminar price). During the one-day training, they gain insight into the theoretical construct of the test and develop an understanding of how the factors and facets of the test work and are interrelated.

In addition to the theoretical parts, the analysis and understanding of one’s own profile are cornerstones of the training. By working with anonymized real reports, participants learn how to interpret the test results accurately and thus transfer them into practice.

If you would like to get to know the test without obligation, please request a fee-based execution with telephone explanation of the results. In the case of participation in the licensing training, the costs incurred will be reimbursed.

CONTENT, STRUCTURE & FIELDS OF APPLICATION

The Reflector Big Five (RBF) is a personality and competence tool that is characterized by a close relationship to the current work situation. It is based on the world’s most widely used construct for mapping personality, the Five Factor Model (FFM, Big Five). Since the beginning of 2009, after an extensive revision and validation phase, the current version of PiCompany’s RBF is available.

The test provides a deep insight into individual personality traits, which are divided into the following 5 factors, consisting of 24 facets:

N – Need for Stability
E – Extraversion
O – Openness
A – Agreeableness
C – Conscientiousness

The RBF is available in two report forms: Personality (RBFP) and Leadership (RBFL) versions.

The two-part results report of the RBFP first outlines the personality profile. This “map” of personal preferences can be used to create detailed analyses that are used in many fields of application.

The second part of the evaluation – the competence report – answers the question of what influence these stable personality dispositions have on the expression of competencies. Competencies as our daily fields of action in everyday work can be developed, but their expression depends on the personality. The personality thus virtually determines our speed of development. The test thus provides valuable information on the correct handling of development areas, for example when it comes to the question of whether it is better to develop or to compensate.
