Train and implant future-oriented leadership behaviour. We have developed over 30 content concepts with interactive exercises, case studies and content descriptions (podcasts, slides, scripts).

We increase team performance by analysing team roles and measuring team performance. We use the 9 Belbin team roles to analyse the team situation. Missing role overlaps are compensated for by substitution or new team members.
Each team works on its strengths and deficits and also achieves new levels of performance by realising high-priority goals.
