We have created a scientifically sound set of tools. This enables us to accurately analyse management potential and also forecast it for future positions. This is done both in individual assessments and in group simulations.

The starting point for assessing potential is the four potential criteria: Complexity processing, motivation from the unresolved, leadership impulse, learning from experience.

We can also feasibly and practically implement comprehensive company-wide screenings to analyse potential capital.

Developing managers and junior employees

Train and implant future-oriented leadership behaviour. We have developed over 30 content concepts with interactive exercises, case studies and content descriptions (podcasts, slides, scripts).

Another facet of the programme is the direct implementation in practice. Each participant achieves measurable, relevant improvements in their own area of work during the programme.

We increase team performance by analysing team roles and measuring team performance. We use the 9 Belbin team roles to analyse the team situation. Missing role overlaps are compensated for by substitution or new team members.

Each team works on its strengths and deficits and also achieves new levels of performance by realising high-priority goals.

Synchronise goals, needs and attitudes and create goal congruence. This can massively increase the ability to cooperate within the company.
