WOMEN IN LEADERSHIP

Gender equality programs often struggle with being imposed from above but not exemplified, being implemented in a tokenistic manner, and project leaders lacking broad decision-making authority and having little influence.

Our theses: There are…

  • Outdated role models in many companies that have strong roots in the structures.

  • Organizational obstacles, such as the fact that part-time employees cannot advance to management positions.

  • A culture of promotion in which female employees are generally given too little consideration.

  • Less confidence in the abilities of female junior staff members

The approach we have developed to address this:

Authenticity

Individual conception of the program considering the corporate culture with strong involvement of the management as authentic supporters.

Identification

Identification and removal of structural barriers and review of promotion systems.

Mentoring programm

Implementation of an internal mentoring and coaching program involving female managers as role models. Networking talented junior staff with experienced female executives can provide the “tools” for successful leadership.

Focus on leadership positions

This training program is designed to introduce participants to future leadership roles with a focus on personal development.
