These potential factors make it possible to predict a person’s future success in management.
Management potential can be assessed through a survey system, as well as through self- and external feedback.
The results can be used to identify key areas for development that will help cultivate individual talent for management positions.
Option
The Option is a 360-degree feedback system that translates the Wildenmann Potential Model into behaviors observable in everyday life.
The Wildenmann Potential Model consists of four factors:
- Complexity processing,
- Motivation derived from unresolved issues,
- Influence on social systems, and
- Learning from experience.
These are assessed in Option through self-assessment and peer assessment. Additionally, the system evaluates whether a technical or managerial career path is more suitable for the feedback recipient.
