
LEADERSHIP CIRCLE
The 360 degree feedback ‘Leadership Circle’ is specially designed for the personal development of managers.
Structured feedback from different perspectives gives every manager a valid picture of their leadership performance.
Structure
The Leadership Circle (LC) questionnaire comprises 103 statements and covers the following areas:
> Personality,
> Competences,
> Areas of action and
> so-called Spin-Out Factors (career-inhibiting stumbling blocks).
At the dimension level, the importance of this dimension for the success of one’s own area is also queried in order to enable a target/actual comparison. Optionally, a questionnaire version with open comments can also be selected. The assessment takes approximately 20-30 minutes.
Evaluation
The feedback report consists of a comprehensive graphical representation of the results and a data appendix that summarises all the results in tabular form at statement level. A special feature of the report is the step-by-step condensation of the assessments into the concrete identification of relevant strengths and clear areas for development. In this way, the feedback recipient is systematically guided to the most important points of future personal development and individual strengths.
Benefit
With the Leadership Circle, feedback recipients receive differentiated feedback on their leadership behaviour, which can help them to discover starting points for personal development. The feedback should be used as a starting point for a discussion between feedback takers and feedback givers. Through open discussions with the assessors, the tool can support the development of a transparent feedback culture. This can eliminate prejudices and misunderstandings and improve the quality of working relationships.
A special feature of the Leadership Circle is its focus on performance-related aspects of individual behaviour. This is why the LC is often used in development programmes for managers. However, sustainable benefits are only achieved if a change is actually initiated. To ensure that the initiated process does not fizzle out, it is possible to carry out the LC Monitor at intervals to review the change.

Costs
Ensuring the sustainability of change with the LC Monitor
If a development process is started after the Leadership Circle has been conducted, it makes sense to accompany this with a progress measurement. This enables a higher degree of commitment. The LC Monitor is an efficient tool that was developed specifically for this purpose.
The feedback recipients select 10 statements from the LC questionnaire that are relevant to them (optionally supplemented by 2 Spin-out Factors). After some time, they ask their superiors and employees again about the change in their behaviour.
We want our customers to work as actively as possible with the feedback system and get the most out of the tool. We therefore offer users (HR developers, external consultants) the opportunity to become certified in the use of the process. In this way, the customer not only takes on the role of client and administrative support, but also actively controls the process through to analysing the results and conducting the feedback meetings.
For the independent use of the 360-degree feedback Leadership Circle (feedback without Wildenmann consultants), a 2.5-day certification training is required. The costs for participation are € 925 per person, incl. material, plus VAT.
