CERTIFICATION TRAINING
EXECUTIVE FiRE INDEX
User Training for Executive FiRE Index
Our events are aimed at members of management and executives as well as employees from HR/HRD departments and all interested parties. We offer a model that integrates all factors that have a positive influence on human resilience.
ABOUT THE TRAINING
Before the training, participants take the test online (included in the seminar price). During the two-days training course, you will gain an insight into the theoretical construct of the test and develop an understanding of how the factors and facets of the test work and how they are interrelated.
In addition to the theoretical parts, the cornerstones of the training are the analysis and understanding of your own profile. By working with anonymized real reports, participants learn how to interpret the test results accurately and thus transfer them into practice.
If you would like to get to know the test without obligation, request a fee-based test with a telephone explanation of the results. If you take part in the licensing training, the costs incurred will be reimbursed.

CONCEPT & OBJECTIVESThe most important thing: resilience is not just an innate characteristic. It is also a skill that can be learned and internalized. It is also influenced by our general life situation. Therefore, our level of resilience is essentially determined by three different concepts of personality psychology. These are called states, traits and habits.
They influence our behavior by interlocking like gears.
– Traits, i.e. personality traits that are stable over time
– Habits, i.e. learned behavior
– States, i.e. the current level of life satisfaction
The Executive FiRE Index was developed as an analytical tool in order to record all areas of individual resilience in analogy to the FiRE model described above and thus make the individual development of crisis resilience visible in a differentiated manner. In addition to the resilience factors of the personality, the traits, this instrument also measures the effectiveness of a person’s self-management and coping strategies, i.e. the habits, as well as the current well-being, i.e. the state. All factors that influence a person’s ability to deal constructively with stress, adversity and setbacks are recorded in a structured questionnaire. The structured questionnaire contains around 100 questions, all of which are formulated in business language. The results are summarized in a 28-page, easy-to-understand results report that visualizes the current state of resilience at all levels of the FiRE model and in various other areas. The accompanying report also contains specific recommendations for daily practice. We use this tool in our coaching processes and workshops with managers and have had very good experiences with it, as the feedback shows very precisely where there is currently a need for action. The Executive FiRE Index is always used at least twice in order to make the improvement in crisis resilience visible over time. At the beginning, the initial state is documented and after a few months of resilience training, the change in resilience is recorded in a further run.
